America has an elected President who wants to act like he is an Absolute Monarch. He acts according to whim, ignoring those who need his help in his role as a President. He has two sons from a first marriage, has had multiple divorces and affairs, and is presently married to a rich bimbo, who is much younger than him (Americans ignore her most of the time).
