Ugh, I've hit a plateau with my health journey. Maybe it's also because I'm struggling with my mental health as well... But even when I do my bestest best not to snack too much, I still won't lose any weight.
My weight is up since the start of this month, but it shows my muscle rate is up and my fat percentage is down...
I know the measurements aren't bit they do give a little insight.
