Great practice with the Popes (who were also at KCO's concert) and BOY are our arms tired #OldPeople Warmed up with Vivaldi RV 532 double mandolin, but I used double bass for slow and violin for 1st and 3rd. then Vivaldi cello conc. RV 407 (me cello) then La Folia (Vivaldi edition, they all had a version back then) me violin on top part. I think we did something else too. Carbo loading and more coffee for #Hashtag BaroqueSun in a little over 30 min.
CDE for the Modern Era
I've decided to return to my roots, in some respects. Unfortunately, the Sun Ultra 60 workstation is not (yet) sitting at my desk, but I can partially relive its day to day experience of the CDE desktop by using NsCDE.
It's clean, crisp, responsive, and fast. Maybe once I finish customizing its retro-ness there will be some time for screenshots.
Now, back to eBay to find a proper Ultra 60...

When I was a kid, certain ice cream flavours seemed specific to old people. These included grape nut, maple walnut, rum raisin, butter pecan, and orange pineapple. Do any ice cream flavours seem like old people flavours to you? If so, which ones?

34 years ago I was trying to get home so I could get enough sleep and not get sick for my wedding. My future Father in law was "along for the ride" which I actually appreciated" what does this have to do with #SymSat nothing, but just remembering #OldPeople
