I bought a radio that experiences capacitive coupling or electromagnetic induction. I am detecting 35 volts AC on the antenna when it's connected to the wall. You definitely feel the tingle.
I contacted the service department, I provided proof of purchase, they said to drop it off and get a new one. No problems at all.
THAT is how it should be done.
Putting up web portals for customer ideas is only the first step. Unfortunately, it looks like Microsoft has forgotten to put in place anything but an ever growing pile of feedback portals with zero interaction from MS representatives.
Needed some #advice about a specific product today (and the Internet had been a rather big failure regardless of my search terms).
Whilst the #paint area was staffed as I was arriving, by the time I got to the desk, all had disappeared and remained so for several minutes.
Bonus discovery: they probably don't live-monitor their #CCTV cameras.

'The conversation started with a fairly simple question as the chatbot asked Paddy to tell it where he was flying. The chatbot then suggested that Paddy either type the city or airport code – such as London or LHR for London Heathrow.
Paddy replied with LHR, but having just given this airport code as its primary example, the chatbot couldn’t understand what Paddy meant.'
I wish that I could respond to “Do you have a military/veterans discount?” With, “Only gas stations should offer that.”

I'm not paying for delivery.
I will do what ever I have to not to pay.
I wonder how much the fine will be?
I try to remain polite with whomever the customer service rep I'm finally able to speak with comes on the line. I know they had nothing to do with being forced to navigate "helpful" AI phone bots for 10 minutes before they greet me.
But after several minutes of your AI bot asking for my account number, and being unable (ever) to repeat it back to me correctly so I can be "authenticated" as a customer...
Yeah... I'm coming in edgy, and not in any mood for compromise.
When future advanced civilizations look back on our meager history, one of the greatest crimes identified will be the whole-sale swallowing of the phrase: "Your call is important to us; please continue to wait."

I just had a positive customer service phone interaction, and I feel like that's a rare thing these days. The call lasted about10 minutes and I accomplished my goal. The rep was reasonably pleasant and accommodating, and even though he was based in Asia, there was no significant language barrier.
I'll take the win.
