A home to friendly weirdos. The Grey Gardens of the Fediverse (but beige). Occasionally graphically cacographic. Definitely probably not a cult (though you'll never be 100% sure). Beige-bless 🙏

Update, looking more in #KenMartins. Seems pretty good, progressive also is into year-round campaigning, and micro influencing, as well as moving away from broadcast, and moving away from D.C. As well as getting rid of consultants.

So I'm less upset, he also thanked Ben wikler right away, so I think this may not be the best choice, but it is still a very good choice. I hope he and #BenWikler can work together

Well Fuck, i'm upset that #BenWikler didn't win, it's a crying shame as in my mind he is without a doubt the best person to lead the fight.

This is a crying shame but the other thing is (And I may be a bit biased) but I don't know anything about who won. But based on his interviews he seems a bit milquetoast. I now immensely fear that we learned nothing.

Does anyone know anything about #KenMartin? Is he progressive? Or did #Dems just double down on corporate?

So, as pelosi continues to be... Pelosi... (and the house continues it's BS) I was a bit worried for Ben Wikler's shot at DNC chair.

But in a surprise, Chuck Schumer appears to have actually learned something from the 2024 election and endorsed Ben Wikler!!!!!

For those not in the know, this could possibly be a huge win for progressives, as Ben Wikler is one of the best organizers in the country, I mean for effs sake, he even got John Stewart excited!

So props to Schumer for not being a total Schmuck. And here's hope for the future with Ben Wikler as head of the DNC!
