I’ve just finished decorating the tree and I’m having mulled wine and a mince pie. I’ve gone for retro jewel tones and a fairy for the top

One of my favourite baubles, it’s the purple of a Cadbury’s chocolate wrapper and decorated with folk art flower and leaf motifs. Perfectly spherical, it hangs surrounded by fir branches
