There's some misinformation floating around on Canadian vs US health expenditures.
The US is already spending more on healthcare per capita in public funds alone, almost double our spend. You could have the best healthcare system in the world with your current funding and then some.

To be fair, you could probably say the same about the military.
@pockets I mostly want to combat the idea that it can't be done. It's totally doable if you stopped feeding the profit leeches.
