@mayintoronto We have so much citrus right now! We just had some fresh mandarin orange cake, made with cooked whole mandarins put in a blender.
@ColesStreetPothole my friend and I went down to California in Jan 2023, and now I miss fresh citrus.
@mayintoronto Fresh fruit right off the tree, warm from the sun, is just indescribable.

@mayintoronto there will be some Savoury lemony North African and Middle Eastern foods.
But the bulk of it will go to baking in the upcoming weeks - for home and sharing with community. (lemon cheesecakes, lemon tartlets, lemon bundt cake)
There will be lemon curd for now and the freezer.
Then there will be even more preserving: juice and freeze portions in vacuum seel pouches, dehydrate grated peels, candied rinds, and salted fridge lemons.
If I give up halfway through app that, I chuck them in the freezer whole and worry about processing them later
