I slept through the night!! (Drugs again, I haven’t found a magic solution I’m afraid.) I feel so very much better and positive about the day. Have a wonderful Wednesday!

@purplepadma I’ve been dealing with back pain that keeps me awake at night and also wakes me every 2 hours. But my doctor ordered gabapentin and I take exactly as he said, otherwise it doesn’t work. 800 mg 2 hours before I want to fall asleep. I now wake by alarm so I get 6-7 hours sleep in a row, that’s the ticket for me.

I appreciate hearing your self care steps and trials, Charlotte. And I wonder maybe you know another friend who seeks a decent sleep @bhawthorne
