@amiserabilist I realize that's not a duck, but I once had a dream where I had discovered a correlation between ducks and cancer, but the problem is that I can't remember if ducks cure cancer or cause cancer so it's kind of pointless.

Read the Daily Mail for long enough and you'll find that ducks - along with absolutely anything else - both cause and cure cancer.
