I can sympathise with Nobby Nobs in tonight’s quote, I appear to have reached the age when socks are the gift that keeps being given!
I got 2 pairs from Mrs S today!
To be fair one pair were from the Assassins Guild!

I have a tradition where since I'm disorganised my BF's birthday present is usually late, so he always gets special socks on the day with present to follow. His favourite as far as I know were the beer socks. This year I had the present but was stressing because I hadn't bought socks! Luckily the Christmas market supplied some thick knee high cosy socks and the day was saved.

Socks make great gifts for anyone! There’s a sock that I always give. Hanes Ultimate is one of the softest, most comfortable sock I’ve found. There may be better, but I bought a bag once for myself on accident. I should have known due to the price. They were like $40, but when I put them on, oh my ass! They were like sex for my feet!

immediately had a look at their website but they had many different ones all called ultimate (or i didn't look right also possible)

Having been in a job that required a suit and tie for many years, I’ve become accustomed to look over comfort.
That said, I obviously prefer comfort over look. THAT said, when you have a wardrobe organizer, you learn that comfort and look can exist together.
I just can’t manage that on my own.
