New music! Or, almost new. It came out a fortnight ago but I first became aware of it today.

This is a superb new soul album, disco soul with profound gospel influences, from a proper family band (the titular matriarch has been in the business for fifty years, she's ably supported here by her husband and children).

So much energy here, and such voices. Heartily recommended.
