@LoganFive It's a compound noun of Gerne and Schön, gladly and beautiful. It's a pun on one of the formulaic please and thank you exchanges in German: Dankeschön - Bitteschön, meaning thank you - you're welcome.
I find Gerneschön better than Bitteschön, among other things because Bitteschön is also a popular fake-polite flourish used by angry Karens during a tirade.
