There's a lot of police about Belfast city centre this afternoon. They've stopped traffic going down Donegall Street, and have a few other roads in the area blocked too. Even had a bunch of bikes on Dunbar Link.
So if you're out and about there might be delays and diversions.
@shezza_t Thankfully we were nowhere near Belfast today. I’m not even sure why they are here - there’s no big anniversary, and all they do is cost a fortune and take up space and time. We’ve seen more of the RF since #Labour won the election, that we saw in the previous twenty years - maybe it’s fulfilling Starmer’s ‘I’m a Unionist’ schtick. When they leave, I’d like them to take Lord Shaftsbury’s financial interest in Lough Neagh with them, and gift the lough back to Northern Ireland. His ancestors were given it for for free, and times have changed. Think Northern Ireland is pretty much over being occupied and colonised by now. #Think32 #UI #AbolishTheMonarchy
