An action photo of #TeslaTakedown this morning in Glendale Arizona. What, you don’t see anyone here? Oh, that was because there are about 6 security guards scattered in the parking lot a block over from the Tesla showroom. And 3 Glendale cops with cars guarding this lot. Interesting there’s 50-60 cybertrucks stored over here and about 30 Tesla sedans.
I parked in the next lot over from this lot, since it clearly was public parking behind the AMC. I bet at least 5 cops and 8 security guards watched an old lady walking with a cane go about 2 blocks along all public sidewalks to join the 20 or so folks in front of Tesla but on the street side. Woohoo! By the time I left, maybe 30-35 protesters. And 2 counter-protesters. Heh. #Arizona #Glendale #Tesla

Though I think at this point the cops can be included as counter protestors too ;)

Heh, where I was the police were driving through the area frequently. I didn't mind, but it was funny to be treated as if *we* were the threat when Musk is doing no end of things that could get those cops or their loved ones killed. Plus, of course, we were just standing around with anti Nazi signs and I am old enough to remember when, y'know, everyone agreed the Nazis were the bad guys.
Odd how public employees spend so much time exclusively guarding private property. You'd think they were Tesla employees.
