@RickiTarr Everything.
@RickiTarr Thank you for not doing a picture of them in the bush.
@middleclasstool The math gets hard
@RickiTarr just the math?
@RickiTarr hmm
4 in the bush?
@Utah44 @RickiTarr They did the math.
The exchange is either one tree, three robust shrubs, or one acre of scrub.
@GGMcBG @RickiTarr - or two shrubberies, with a two-level effect & a little path down the middle.
US or Canadian?
@airwhale @RickiTarr African or European bushes?
@RickiTarr Four bushels of tweet.
@RickiTarr All the birds in the bush
@RickiTarr and them
@RickiTarr
4 bush birds
@RickiTarr best i can do is a parakeet in a bonsai
@RickiTarr twenty on the roof, according to one idiom
@RickiTarr 4 of them in a bush.
@RickiTarr
"Told you this was a bad idea Ned!
"Shut up and keep smiling you fool!
@RickiTarr@beige.party
"You may be able to keep us captive, but 65,000,000 years ago we would be eating you right now."
@RickiTarr
Ornithological Koan: What is the sound of one hand chirping?
@RickiTarr According to well established conversion metrics, that is worth four bush birds.
Also, wtf?
@Plumbert @RickiTarr I’m just going to assume some science is going on
@RickiTarr omg look at them they are so freaking beautiful!
@RickiTarr
Are they angry?
@jstatepost @RickiTarr Probably very angry.
@RickiTarr Half a dog and a foot rub.
@RickiTarr Four in a bush.
EDIT: Wait. This is a trick question isn't it? The relationship is nonlinear isn't it?
Ok, it's actually worth ten in the bush.
Am I close?
@nazokiyoubinbou @RickiTarr
I always heard it was worth 2 in the bush
@zendao42 @RickiTarr No, you heard A bird in hand is worth two in the bush. This person has two birds in hand.
@nazokiyoubinbou @RickiTarr
For a second, I thought it was a 2-headed bird but guess it'd still be worth more
@RickiTarr 4 in the bush surely?
@RickiTarr 4 in the bush. 5 in the Canadian bush.
@RickiTarr depends on how many pigs they knock over
@RickiTarr I don't know but be warned I can't make change.
@RickiTarr would it be equal to one bird in two hands? Trying to determine if the number of bushes is relevant as well. 2 birds in two bushes or 4 birds in one bush?
@RickiTarr
I saw a bunch of comments related to this before I saw the original post and I was so confused
I'm like.. ok.. gotta be something to do with birds.. but they're not in a bush...
@Misanthrope @RickiTarr Sometimes I wish feeds were rearranged to go in chronological order instead of reverse order. Like from the last time you were on or something. It isn't really realistically reasonable, but wow it would be so much less confusing...
@nazokiyoubinbou
Yeah I've had a few times where a comment has made me want to see the original post but it's like several server hops away or something and it gets weirdly complicated to navigate to it and get it to load up
@RickiTarr
@Misanthrope @RickiTarr Yeah, not all instances immediately load in the full thing. If you "open original page" on the comment itself it will be on the poster's instance which very rarely may also not load the original post's instance directly, so it can get confusing. Sadly this is one of the downsides of the fediverse. Not all the servers talk to each other 100%.
I'll take this any day over the alternatives though... It's a few clicks. Annoying, but not that big of a deal.
@RickiTarr
I don't know, but I'm guessing it's dirty.
