How are you all attempting to stay sane right now?

I find I'm having to severely limit political reading right now. I struggle with this, because being informed is important to me, but fuck, it's a lot right now. I struggle with wondering if being able to get away from it is just privilege. I don't know, I can't be sad all the time, and still function, I'm already so worried about my friends and family. I can't even start thinking about Holidays with people I know voted for Trump.
