Ello frens and fans of Arwen

We're back on another adventure it's not too cold with 7 degrees at the moment. It's dry but a bit more humid. The real feel is about 5 degrees. So we should be good for a nice walk.

I only rode the seated bike at the gym. I wanted to use the massage chair, but someone was in one and he was kinda blocking the other one with bags... So yeah... I didn't bother with that.

The scale was a bit nicer weight wise this morning. But it did give me a lower health score as it said my fat was a bit higher and the muscles a bit lower. Well, I've not been able to do the dumbbells exercises due to my hand being very sore after the thumb dislocating a bit a few times last Sunday...

Today we have a "walkies date" with a good friend and their dog. We'll be heading to the Herperduin, so hopefully Arwen will like that. As we need to wait for the friend, we can't go as early as we would usually go. So hopefully it won't be too busy, and hopefully the weather will be decent enough.

Hmmm Arwen is very slow again with her sniffs. I don't mind her sniffing, but I don't want to get rusted in place while she just stands there for ages . There needs to be a middle ground somewhere, with some sniffs and some walkies.
