Ugh... Why, body, why?
My leg wasn't having it today at the gym... It bummed out way too early (for my liking).
I'll definitely need to try to do some exercises at home this morning.
I've been doing some abs-roller and dumbbell ones the last few days, so that's something I guess... Every bit helps? I do hope so...
Just hate it that it takes so little for my leg to tingle away... Stupid nerves being "trapped" against the slightly moved hip socket bit...
@PixysFitJourney Oof. I'm sorry.
I'm of an age where sometimes I just step wrong and my angle hurts, so like an old guy, I keep a velcro wrap everywhere I go.
@FlashMobOfOne
Thanks! Yeah... I'm not that old yet, but I've had a bad hip all my life, though we only discovered this when I was 16...
Had many surgeries. And now I'll need another one. The issue is causing the tingling and feelings of "rattling". So, while I absolutely don't want to get more surgeries, I kinda want this one to be done and over with, so I can hopefully get some normal use of my leg back again....
Surgeon will call me Tuesday afternoon with the results of the puncture test, so yeah, hopefully I'll know more after that....
@PixysFitJourney I just had too many adventures growing up, haha. I've sprained both feet, both ankles, and broken both feet, so being active and older means I have to be ready for anything now. :D
@FlashMobOfOne
Owwww wow! I never broke much, but I did dislocate, sprain, and bruise things. Probably didn't break much due to the hypermobility, but it did cause more other injuries... But yeah, injuries of the past often mean weaker points when we get older...
