Right, given that I had a night as ruff as a bears bum in a cheese grater last night I’m off to bed.
For those of you who are struggling to sleep & need something to push you off the edge into the land of nod I can throughly recommend tonight’s diary entry, which is overly long & guaranteed to make even the most hardened insomniac sleep!
