I follow @pluralistic and read his posts often enough, but I'm thinking of getting one of the books now that I'll have a couple of weeks off, what do people recommend?
I very much liked the idea of unauthorized bread, but I'd like recommendations
@Frikisada @pluralistic Fiction or non? The Internet Con is compelling & similar to his posts. On the fiction side, the Martin Hench books are fun, but I really liked Attack Surface.
@fitzscott @pluralistic well I really like science fiction, but I'm ok with non-fiction as well? Most people seem to be going for little brother and walkway (which I think will be the one, sounds like something I'd enjoy)
Looks like attack surface is the third in a series? I'll keep looking
@Frikisada @pluralistic Right, I hadn't read the first two when I read Attack Surface, but it was still easy to follow.
The Lost Cause is interesting near-future science fiction. I recognized some of the older characters, sadly.
