Plasterer just popped round, it's handy that he's fairly local and the nephew of the neighbour across the road... It's handy that most of that family are in the building trade in some way.

He's told me what to order, and is coming on the 31st March to start... 2 or 3 days to do the bathroom in moisture board and the bedroom, landing & stairs with regular board. A few days for the skim coat to dry properly and the tiler can start... Fingers crossed, tiling will start in 2 weeks and take a few days at least. 2nd fix the week after for plumbing and electrics.

Looking at being finished with the ensuite by 3rd week of April... bedroom decor by the end of April.

Tiles around the window will have to wait until the new window is fitted... which is in about 3-4 weeks.

Feels like progress though
