Trying to find groceries made or grown in Canada can be an adventure. And trying to find non-American “warm weather” produce can be an even bigger challenge. If you can buy at a farmers market or direct from a farmer, you obviously know the provenance of your food. I will have to check them out and I do hope they are successful, but until the city decides to start treating this part of 98 Avenue as a neighbourhood street instead of a car sewer for mostly Sherwood Park commuters, I worry about anyone trying to make a go at a retail shop here.

Also, as far as $15 desserts go, the Blue Chair Café's chocolate mousse was a very tasty and filling meal in an overflowing martini glass. I may have had my dinner at home at 5pm & walked an hour back from the restaurant after just missing a bus, but I'm still not hungry!
I feel like I should have gotten some kickbacks from all the nearby tables that ordered one after seeing mine, though!
