Staying silent and acting like a drone must be made incompatible with their public and inner self. </p><p>It's a piece of cake :<br>The shameful clownesque circumstances, the opportunism or simple cowardice of representatives when confronted to such violence, the excellent cultural level of the country and all its citizens... : the oppositive norm is already in place.
