Victor von Void<p>Ich habe gerade für meine Mutter ZorinOS auf einem neuen Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 3 (2023er Modell) installiert. Windows natürlich runtergeworfen.</p><p>Die gesamte Installation inklusive speziellen Surface Kernel installieren, ein paar Programme deinstallieren, andere installieren, Secure Boot einschalten etc. hat unter einer Stunde gedauert. </p><p>Das Ganze (Hard- und Software) sieht unglaublich gut aus und läuft absolut smooth. </p><p>Bin fast ein bisschen neidisch. 😆 </p><p><a href="https://mastodontech.de/tags/linux" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>linux</span></a> <a href="https://mastodontech.de/tags/ZorinOS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ZorinOS</span></a></p>

So buy a refurbished laptop, install Zorin and get yourself an EU mail/file hosting service. You will now be free from (US) tech giants and have your data secured.</p>
