For those of us still fighting #COVID19 rather than surrendering to it, the report highlights how we were victimised with #VotingID

Will anything be done about it?
Of course not, this is Britain, a 'report' is as far as anything goes. You won't do your career any good rocking that boat.....

They highlighted the case of Andrea Barrett, who is immunocompromised
and was blocked from entering a polling station after refusing to remove her
mask for an identification check.
The report says: "Their decision in that instance was ... clearly
discriminatory (and potentially unlawful) because they denied Andrea
Barrett the right to cast a ballot purely on the basis of circumstances which
arose as a direct result of a disability."

Labour's deputy leader Angela Rayner said the rules were having a "chilling
effect on democracy".
But Labour have stopped short of saying they would scrap the policy, with
Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer calling for a "wide review" into the impact of
Voter ID.
"This is the first piece of evidence coming through, so we need to look at
everything in the round," he said.

Like #Brexit, everyone in the UK will moan about the #VotingID requirements but nobody will stop it, nobody will do anything about all the problems today and when the next PM gets in, nobody will make him undo it and for some reason his word is final?
