Perhaps if you did more about the reason ridership is down instead of destroying routes your existing ridership relies upon, you wouldn't be in this fix. It’s a re-write of the currently shipping version of PDX Transit however it is now 100% SwiftUI and uses Swift Data and Swift Concurrency — includes App Shortcuts, Widgets, & a SwiftUI version of PDX Transit for Apple Watch. Also has fun things like on device translations for service alerts and look around in Maps. rynI have a rea problem with <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Trimet" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Trimet</a> priority seating policy on buses where a stroller can make a person with a disability have to wait a half an hour rather than making them fold the stroller like should be the policy in the first place

AgnesI’m always very thankful for our excellent <a href="https://pdx.social/tags/TriMet" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#TriMet</a> + Hop card system (instant reload! automatic day passes!) but especially so when I go back to the Bay and have to deal with the chaotic mess of everything (Caltrain, BART, Muni, SamTrans, VTA… but nothing is automated to save you money) + crappy Clipper card system 🫠I just called customer service to get a $20 refund via A CHECK IN THE MAIL because reloading took MULTIPLE DAYS and required “picking up” = physically tagging your card. It’s 2025!

When they alter the 47 line in March ending at Willow Creek instead of PCC they have this stupid conception that PCC folks will take max to the 67- a once an hour line. Why on earth they think that when the 52 at Willow Creek goes tp PCC. This is already an overloaded route because <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Trimet" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Trimet</a> refuses to return it to frequent service. It continues to run on <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/COVID" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#COVID</a> scheduling.
