Natasha Jay 🇪🇺
Recipe - "Chinese Spaghetti Bolognese" 🍝

I tried this tonight. I'm big on authentic Thai food, but I couldn't resist this fusion recipe and, yes, it was really delicious and silky.

Made with all Asian sauces. I substituted Japanese Mirin for Chinese Shaoxing wine, and added some salt as Mirin is slightly sweeter as is the Thai dark soy sauce I used vs Chinese dark soy. I also added some black garlic

For two of us:

225g dried spaghetti
Salt
1 tablespoon oil
340g ground beef
1 medium onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced.
