New comic: "Deep Sea Aquarium MagMell" volume ten.
Featuring unique deep sea creatures, the story overlaps their ecologies with the worries of the characters and the problems of our human society.
For example, a keeper introduces Hirondellea gigas, an ultra-deep sea shrimp, to the volunteer participants of the beach cleaning.
This small shrimp develops some special enzymes in order to live in the 6,000 meters depth, which is a great wonder of life. However, as the aquarium staff explains, they are polluted by chemicals recently via microplastics. The combination with the life ecology makes the environmental suggestions persuasive.
Furthermore, the image of pollution in deep sea is associated with the accumulation of traumas in the depth of mind. Impressive and beautiful work.

New comic: "School back" volume five.
This work describes adolescent worries in a high school. Their troubles are apparently trivial and minor, such as "my lunch box is larger than those of my friends", "my friend is in love with a teacher and she might get hurt by his dishonest response", "my friends playfully touch my breasts", etc. Of course, these are serious problems for themselves.
The main character Fushimi is a janitor who has a carefree mood. Students and teachers happen to talk with her or to see her activities, and they will/won't find how to get along with others. She is not a savior but she herself is an average person with her own worries. Nonetheless, this good woman can sometimes have a positive impact on others. This hope is what this cartoon expresses, IMO.

The janitor is proud of having taken care of the flower bed, and the student is impressed by her frankness. Fushimi-san never give lecture to others arrogantly, but she influences on others positively.
A student eats lunch with her friends in the courtyard. She finds her lunch box bigger than others, and she is embarrassed privately.
