I didn't really learn anything new about the conservatives' plans to squash light rail, but I did confirm the ventilation in the county council meeting room is substantially worse than the city council's immaculate meeting chambers.</p><p>I didn't stay long and already submitted a written comment, it was standing room only with maybe 100 packed inside.
