Whatever is happening in the messy story of human civilization always keep in mind that the goats will be okay. Humans are an infant of a species, but our Capra friends, way back in the Miocene [that is way - way - before "us"] looked at the oncoming ice age and probably decided to take a nap. The goats will win through, of that we can be confident. They always do. #goats

The goats decided to bust out the window of the barn today in an attempt to make their escape. Though they just sat right outside the barn and didn't go very far. 😆

When I woke up and walked outside to handle the animals Yuki, our Great Pyrenees, was doing his alarm bark so ran out there to check what was going on. He was stuck in the barn because he's a good boy and thankfully decided not to jump out too. I let him out of the gate and went and wrangled the goats and brought them back. For only being 4 months old, he's already proving quite helpful around here!

I have the barn window boarded up so they don't get back out and hopefully the weather cooperates tomorrow so I can replace the glass.
