Good morning. I was awake in the night for a while and found myself worrying about work. That’s not a habit I want to get into. I put my snoozeband on and listened to a hypnotherapy track about deep sleep, I was still awake at the end but relaxed and not worried.

Today is the day for decorating the Christmas tree! I’m going to mull some non-alcoholic wine in my slow cooker and put some folky carols on.
