days since I saw a “Genocide Joe” post here and I got freshly pissed off about it all over.

Spreading the “Genocide Joe” nickname has to be one of political history’s all-time worst self-owns.
(I mean, self-own by the people who were spreading it in earnest, anyway; it was heavily amplified by fascist astroturfing once it emerged.)
But…like I said, I'm finding it hard to even be mad today at the fools who were repeating it. Mostly what I feel is just overwhelming sadness. What a damned waste. What fools we all are.
