Breaking it up a little gives the bigger more complex ideas a chance worfle around in the ol' noggin'.
@401matthall 100% agreed. Usually I read them very slowly. Reading 4 texts simultaneously at break neck pace was probably not such a good idea
Oh... I used to read at a decent speed. Now I mostly fall asleep to the same 35 minutes of audio book every night.
And at the moment... That's just my speed.
I think as we get into Spring-ish I'll feel better and want to read more screen/paper words that ear words. That might increase my pace.
But yeah... I feel you. Deep concepts from multiple sources all at once might be a smidge much.
@farah Pacing. Pacing is important, either pacing oneself, or in the text. Though sometimes philosophical stuff is just as much an issue in the fiction.
