@ericg The one of these I've ridden is Big Bad Wolf, and yes. That wasn't my first roller coaster but it was the one that convinced me that I could love roller coasters.

But I think that, in hindsight, I also miss the one I rode before that, which was Mr. Twister at the original Elitch Gardens. At the time, it was too much for me. But man.

And then... there's Drachen Fire. Kind of a love-hate taste to the memories there.

@mattmcirvin Oh, my, you got me with Mr. Twister; I've no idea how I left it off the original list. What a magnificent ride in a less-than-magnificent park.

I love Knoebel's Twister, especially after all the careful attention it got over time, but it still feels like a wholly different ride to me.

@ericg I thought Elitch's was kind of a charming place in those days-- of course the whole park was abandoned to rot when it moved to the present location.
