I try not to get sucked into youtube, but there's a guy called Uncle Roger who just gets furious about how people cook fried rice dishes and seems to have a vendetta against Jamie Oliver and it is extremely entertaining.

I posted pictures of a paella I was quite proud of, a while back, and somebody with a Spanish wife told me she thought it was a nice looking risotto.

I embarked upon writing a cookery book once and included a recipe for paella. I can't totally remember what I said, but it was something along the lines of..... ".... Paella of course, being the Spanish translation of risotto", and I had some responses that were less than charitable.
