@TeflonTrout I should emphasise that this OH is sarcastic banter from a mod chat for another server, rather than a serious assertion and we unconditionally love our cis, neurotypical and sane friends.
I would, however, meaningfully point to the large number of new diagnoses and Linux installations that come following exposure to the fediverse. ;)

@Sir_Osis_of_Liver @HauntedOwlbear Likewise. There is so much variety here that it's never boring. Also, I've never seen anything like the joy of trans people shedding years of misery and growing into their real selves. It got real boring being curated at elsewhere, meanwhile the people here are kind, enthusiastic, funny, and endearing. I'm so happy to be hanging out with everyone I get a bit maudlin
