@gme @RickiTarr I was eating humus and avocado sandwiches* back in the 1980s, so I'm not sure this is a gen Z thing.

@statsguy @gme @RickiTarr hummus, avocado, and shredded carrots on whole grain bread with alfalfa sprouts -- this is the truly delicious sandwich that my sister and I were convinced was going to save the world. We never did open that sandwich shop, though.
