Ah well, I guess I'll need go adjust some plans I had for today.
Gym went OK enough. Half an hour on the hike and I even managed a km on the treadmill.
Arwen and I had a nice walkies.
I rode the hometrainer for half an hour.
But my hands are bad, I even had to get the left hand brace out (I mostly use the right one). And my neck is so bad, that I just had to take an extra dose of painkillers.
Lying on the couch now, with a sodding headache. I can watch TV but I needed to shut off the lamp.
I do need to get groceries when the store opens. And my neighbor will help me with my garden cloth at the end of my day. I know I need to hoover, but I need to wait for the meds to kick in. My hands and neck are just too sore now. Ugh...
I know things could be worse, and I don't like complaining, but I just get so down when I feel this uncomfortable due to my body misbehaving...
Anywhoooo... I'll just watch some Downton. And I guess I would not mind if I had a little snooze...

Fankoos again! I'm on the couch, waiting for the meds to kick in, enjoying one of my favorite series. Wearing my braces so my hands are resting in the proper positions.

Be kind to yourself. It's hard to do chores when in pain. Do what you can when you can. Arwen won't mind if there's a little dust on the floor. 
I hope the pain eases soon.

I will try to do my best. But the house does need some cleaning. I've been struggling with keeping it neat, as the area is very dusty still, so I can dust today and tomorrow, it looks like I've not done it... 
Arwen doesn't mind, and I try to be kind to myself. But it does need a hoover, or we'll be having our own "beach" 
experience here... (sand wise, not sun and water wise... ).
Just hoping that the extra meds and the braces will help me to relax some. And then, Downton Abbey is always something that relaxes me.
