Time to head out & get some cod to cook up

We got our cod fish & back home. Delivered from the dock to parking lot by a couple of our native friends. They just finished some weekend fishing up island. They are now on their way to a few homes around Saanich to deliver some fish & other seafoods caught to feed/share with Wsanec communities & some community comrades

I am gonna steam cook one of the cod fish with lots of ginger & green onions. That will be our family dinner entrée tonight

Sometimes I spend a minute soaking up the smell of a bowl like that, before eating.
