Morning folks, I am trying to do the "awake and raring to go" thing, but well, another horrendous sleep. Cat woke me at one point and I physically couldn't move, almost went into a panic, some serious deep breathing to calm myself and I dozed off again, into dreams of being trapped in a small dark space that I couldn't escape from. Not a fun night. But hey, at least I am awake to face another day.
Todays plans - fuck knows, one small chore (seems to be my limit) and some fresh air, that would be enough for today.
Whatever you do today, make it awesome, have a good one folks

I have two on my list, and an exercise to do. Trying to get myself to do them now... Motivation seems to be off somewhere...

@PixysJourney You know you will feel better when you get them done, I know what you mean about the motivation though, so do what you can and don't beat yourself up over it!

I know.... I got off the couch and am walking the treadmill now! So that's a small win... Even though it feels very silly to see walking a treadmill as a win.... 
I'll hoover and mop after the walk... And then... I'll crash on the couch till it's time to walk Arwen again.
Just wish I didn't feel so tired, I didn't really do that much at all...

@PixysJourney I've made the decision to get dressed pretty soon, otherwise I will put WoW on and not move

Yeah I will have the walkies! And I keep going to the gym, even though I don't do that much there at the moment... I try to keep the routine so that I can try to keep going as long as I can...

The air is cooler here today, so autumn may just be starting (cooler is a max of 26°c)
@AnnonBudgie We are meant to get up to 13c today, I'm almost excited! I had some fresh air, hanging the washing out - that was hard work. Just about to head out to the shop, new bus timetable, so that will be me confused - easy done though

@AnnonBudgie Nope, all shouting about complaining to the council cause its stupid having 2 buses (going to different destinations) 6 minutes apart.

We’re off to Chatsworth so I’m hoping that they have good weather in Derbyshire too!

@JustFi It wasn’t bad, we ended up on a bit of an unplanned detour, but it was through some truly beautiful countryside so it worked out ok in the end!
Lovely food at the Farm shop cafe & then goodies acquired at the farm shop itself.
We were lucky with the weather until we were on the way back home, so that was perfect!
@MAJ1 Farm shops and cafes are usually pretty damn good. Sounds like a good day
